STEPPING INTO LIFE
Moshe and Stefa Robin
This book consists of parallel stories by a husband and wife. Both
describe their poor but loving families and their close-knit communities
in Poland.
Both pay witness to the terrible fate that befell them and the incredible
cruelties they endured. They also tell of help from the most unexpected
places. Stefa
and Moshe met in the infamous concentration camp, Bergen-Belsen and
married only a few months after the war. In spite
of their burdens of loss and sorrow, they ‘stepped back into
life’, flourishing
in Melbourne and giving great service to their community.
